Microtronic, Inc. is an engineering based company specializing in automated semiconductor wafer inspection and sorting systems.  The products serve a niche market for major semiconductor manufacturers such as IBM, Intel and Texas Instruments.  Microtronic’s secondary business is as a dealership for Carl Zeiss, Inc industrial line of microscopes in the Florida region.  This diversity requires a unique web based solution.  When I initially came in contact with Crossbow Media, I was shown a live, online demonstration over the phone using our own computer.  Within half an hour, we began building an actual site.  I was soon convinced that Crossbow offered the ease of use, flexibility and expandability that we were looking for.  As a trial, our marketing consultant spent a two week period to construct the basic framework and content. Our head of development was so impressed he immediately took over the project even though he had no prior web building experience.  Within the next three days we worked together and released our new web site.  During this time we had several questions which were expertly answered within the hour.  And, Crossbow was available to consult with us as needed to help us to achieve the look, feel and functionality we wanted.  We look forward to adding more Crossbow features such as periodic news letter releases in the near future.   I highly recommend Crossbow to any company which requires a self maintainable, professional web based solution in a timely matter.
